“ There is a lot to try: pastries, breads, desserts and what is on the menu. I went for brunch with some friends around 10-11 a.m. there might a line to order, but it goes really fast. The place has two levels, nice lighting everywhere, I like how minimalist it is. The staff is nice and friendly. Food is worth the price. Can’t wait to be back and try more of what is offered! ”
“ Delicious Tatte pastries and coffee as always - we enjoyed a lovely slice of pistachio cranberry tart that was perfectly nutty and flavorful. This location is often quite busy on both floors with a fair bit of noise, but seats do tend to open up if you wait a few minutes. ”
“ Facing Harvard square, Tatte provides relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your favorite Latte along with delicious deserts and snacks. Staff is friendly ans service is fast. You have wide variety of desserts to choose from. The server also has some great recommendations. Ample space to sit and enjoy. Both inside and outside ”
“ Very busy cafe, expect lines. Ordered poppy seeds cake with lemon icing, the cake came with a large thick piece; too bad that it’s not moisture enough for my taste. Also ordered chocolate chip cookie, which was the best thing among what I ordered. The drip coffee was watery. The service by a lady was excellent. ”
“ A friend and I ordered two drinks: an Iced matcha latte and the tatte house latte! The tatte house latte surprised me so much! It has a cinnamon-like taste, and it was subtly sweet, just the way I like it. The matcha latte was pleasing to look at it especially with the logo written in cursive. The taste was equally very good! Service was kind and quickly responsive! There were a lot of families around noon on a Sunday. A couple of accidental spills occurred yet the staff and the people there were able to help each other, so already the environment felt quite friendly and supportive in this regards! In spite of the gloomy day, the interior lighting created a warm, kind atmosphere. ”
“ Lovely cafe in the heart of Harvard square. Lovely view of the campus for tourist of the area. Great breakfast croissant and chocolate croissant! Very good cappuccinos as well. ”
“ The sweetest cafe off Harvard square! All of the staff were incredibly courteous and the drinks were heavenly. While it’s a popular spot, it doesn’t feel suffocating even if there’s a crowd. The line moves efficiently as the baristas prepare any baked goods you’re ordering before you order your drinks and pay. There’s a beautiful upstairs area for seating that hosts a gorgeous view of the iconic campus buildings that I recommend dining/studying in :) ”
“ My Happy Place! A 5-Star Coffee Dream! Seriously, y'all, Tatte Bakery at Harvard Square is my absolute favorite! Every single time I step through those doors, it's like a little slice of heaven. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with that amazing smell of fresh-baked goodies and perfectly brewed coffee – it's pure magic! This last visit was extra special because I treated myself to two of my absolute faves: a smooth Cortado and, get this, a Pistachio Coffee! Both were ridiculously delicious and hit just the right spot. The Cortado was perfectly balanced, and that Pistachio Coffee? Mind. Blown. It's the kind of drink that makes you want to do a happy dance. And it's not just the drinks! I also snagged one of their famous Almond Croissants – flaky, buttery, and packed with almond goodness. Seriously, it's a masterpiece. Beyond the incredible food and drinks, the vibe here is just chef's kiss. It’s always buzzing but still feels cozy, with gorgeous decor that makes you want to hang out all day. And the staff? Super friendly and on top of things, even when it's packed! They handle the rush like pros, always with a smile. If you're ever in Harvard Square, you have to stop by Tatte. It's more than just a bakery; it's an experience! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you. Five stars all the way! ”
